How to integrate a driveway

 

  Although requirements for barefoot paths and driveways are quite different,  one can combine them. This may be a solution for admitting agricultural vehicles.

Flat stones or wooden disks in the middle
 
Flat stones or disks from tree trunks can be embedded in the middle of the driveway. Thus feet can avoid walking on uncomfortable gravel.

Sensory path in parallel
 
Alongside the driveway, there may be enough space for a path with a foot-friendly surface.

Crossing the gravel way on pavement
 
A few rows of paving stones can help to cross the gravel without pain.

Sensory path in the middle
 
All kinds of material for barefoot sensory experience can be placed between solid tracks (e.g. made from checker bricks) for the wheels.

Asphalt
 
In the summer sun, asphalt tends to become too hot for going barefoot. Therefore only short passages in shadowy areas can be integrated.
